I have pleasure in confirming that once again I will be managing the trade sites at Litchlake Farm Silverstone during the F1 British Grand Prix from JULY 6th-10th 2011
Litchlake Farm is the largest campsite in the Silverstone area during the British Grand Prix: The total site covers around 50 acres of beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. Thousands of motor sport fans return year after year to take advantage of the site’s splendid facilities. For the British Grand Prix, there will be piped water, flush toilets, showers and waste disposal on site for the use of campers and traders alike, as well as mains electricity.
The Shopping Village always includes a wide variety of traders. For the 2010 BRITISH GRAND PRIX we sold all available space with over 20 traders and promotion companies attending. We normally have a wide selection of traders and caterers serving delicious hot and cold food day and night. In 2011 we will have an onsite licensed bar and live entertainment. Once again we will be situated right next to the fun fair and bungee jump..always guaranteed to draw a crowd late into the evening...which means extended trading hours and more business!!
The Litchlake Farm Campsite and Shopping Village is located directly opposite the Circuit and is just 4 minutes walk from the action on the track.
A total of around 300,000 visitors will attend the meeting over the 5 days. Many of these people will pass by the Shopping Village as they enter or leave the circuit by the Dadford Road entrances, or go to the many car parks and campsites in the area.
A limited number of trade sites are available for 2011
The cost of the TRADE SITES are from £105.00 per metre frontage depending on the products sold, frontage booked and site position
All TRADE SITES are a minimum of 6 metres deep
MAINS electricity is available at £95.00
ALL bookings are subject to UK VAT. The license to trade from the site for 5 days, July 6th-10th 2011 is subject to our acceptance of your application and your acceptance of our standard terms and conditions
